PUBLIC HEARING:

            

 This public hearing has been convened in order to hear public comment on

        

          1. Adopting an ordinance to install speed bumps on W. Keller adjacent to the Housing Authority.

 

          2. Discussion of granting a variance – dates and times for fireworks stands to sell fireworks to

               match the State Ordinance. Town of Church Point- Noon June 30th to Midnight July 5th

           3. Discussion of an ordinance of the Town of Church Point, Louisiana declaring the Church

                Point detention and flood proofing project to be a public necessity and authorizing

                the acquisition of the necessary land, easements, servitudes, rights of way and other property

                rights requisite to the construction of said project either on an amicable basis or throughout

                the use of the expropriation process if necessary.
