NEW BUSINESS:
I. FINANCE
A. Acceptance of bids for surplus vehicle.
B. Budget amendment match with Community Development.
C. Resolution granting the authority to the mayor to sign and submit all
necessary documents in connection with the water sector program and
the American Rescue Plan Act.
D. Budget amendment in the amount of $8,200 for police department equipment, plus
additional amendment for firewall protection pending bid approval.
E. Resolution selecting an engineering consultant to provide professional engineering
and administrative consulting services for the implementation of the Church Point
Detention Pond and Flood Proofing Project being funded with Louisiana Watershed
Initiative Program funds as recommended by the selection committee and authorizing
the mayor to negotiate and execute contracts.
F. A resolution granting the authority to the mayor to sign and submit all necessary documents
in connection with the water sector program and the American Rescue Plan Act.
G. A resolution granting the authority to the mayor to sign and submit all necessary
documents and appoint an administrative consultant and engineer for the Louisiana
Watershed Initiative.
