Inspection report submitted.

  1. Demolition of blighted property – 118 Green Ally – Parcel #0320066600

Property owner submitting proper permit and residence renovation documents.

  1. Resolution to grant variance for Evelyn Filipinas to have a fireworks show on her property located at 901 E. Plaquemine St. on December 19th 2026. They are asked to work with the fire dept to ensure that safety is top priority. We also ask for a water source be available to minimize risk. The Town of Church Point is not liable. It is 100% the choice of Evelyn Filipinas to do a fireworks show.
  1. Introduction of an ordinance by Councilman Malbrough restricting dilapidated RV / Campers in residential neighborhoods.
  1. Special Events permit for Country Girl Catering, BBQ Sale to be held on July 12th 2026 located at 502 W. Canal St.
